The purpose of the fund is to preserve memories 1941-1949, to collect, compile and disseminate information on victims of communist terror. Every year, the Siberian Children Foundation organizes expeditions to Siberia through deportation sites, searches for burial sites and erects memorial plaques. More than 900 people were interviewed, 4 books were published, 24 documentaries were made. Our films are included in school curricula. The foundation donates books and films to schools and libraries, organizes conferences, concerts and exhibitions every year. The exhibition “Talking Book” is organized in schools, the deportees take part in lessons and tell about their experiences in the land of childhood – Siberia.
